How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. During very busy times like holidays, it may take a little longer. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical shipping times to Québec/Ontario is 1-2 business days and 5-7 business days to Western Canada.

If you opt out of delivery protection, please note that Ingredient Vault will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged orders.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you to let you know and ask if you want to wait for the stock to arrive.
